His hands-on tours offer something rare: the chance to meet the winemaker in person, walk the very soil his ancestors farmed, and taste wines crafted in small batches with care, patience, and deep-rooted knowledge.
As you walk between rows of sun-drenched vines or sip wine in the tasting area beside the cellar, you’re not just observing — you’re taking part in a living tradition. Stefan’s warm storytelling, combined with his global perspective and family heritage, brings each glass to life.
